Delivery Policy

  • Free delivery for the order above SGD 200.

  • We aim to deliver the product to your stated address at the earliest possible date or otherwise stated.

  • We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery schedule.  Should there be any disruption to the delivery, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

  • We are unable to delivery to some location due to restrictions and limitations. Please refer to our Non-Delivery Zone to find out more.

  • All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery.

  • In the event when no one is around to accept the delivery, and should you choose to have our delivery man leave the package at your door, with your neighbor or anyone else or other arrangements, the risk will be pass to you once our delivery man part with the item.  We will not be liable for any mishap to the package.

  • If you are not available and not contactable, you can either request for self pickup at our pickup location or arrange for re-schedule at a delivery fee of $60.00. Any delivery fee paid previously will be not be refunded.

  • International Delivery
    At this moment of time, we are unable to provide international delivery out of Singapore.  However, Buyer can arrange picking up of the package through an international forwarding company (IFC) e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.  The arrangement with the IFC will have to be initiated from the Buyer’s end and informed to us in advance.  We are  not oblige to fill in any AWB for our customer, however, we can provide packing list and commercial invoice to facilitate the AWB.  Any payment to the IFC should also be paid by the Buyer directly to the IFC. The buyer will have to bear the risk as we will not be providing any warranty, replacement or refund for any items or packages undelivered or damaged.  Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once your IFC collects the package.  Alternatively, we can provide a one time delivery to your appointed forwarder.  Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once your item is delivered to your appointed forwarder.

  • No Delivery Zones
    Hup Hong aims to deliver to as many places as possible for the convenient of all our customers. However, due to restrictions and limitations (placed by certain institutions and organisations), we are sorry to share that we are not able to make deliveries to the following areas in Singapore: Jurong Island, Singapore Port, Tuas Link, Changi Cargo, Country Clubs, Army Camps, Seletar Aerospace, Off-shore Islands (such as Pulau Ubin), Turf Club Avenue, Sentosa, Singapore Prison Quarters, Airbase sites, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Shipyards, Hospitals, Powergrid, Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport. If you work at the above locations, we strongly encourage you to set your shipping address to a location where our drivers can deliver to home.   • Disclaimer and Others
    We are not liable for any damages arising from or related to the delivery we provide. For delivery services to the customer’s location, the customer must ensure adequate and easy access to the installation site. This includes direct transportation without obstacles such as insufficient cargo lift capacity, confined space, staircases, curbs, or the need for lifting and carrying the product. The customer must also ensure that there is adequate electrical power and suitable outlets for the purchased product. If you have any special delivery requirements, such as transportation by truck with a crane, protective coverings for flooring or lifts, or dismantling and re-installation for ease of transportation, our logistics department can provide a separate quotation.
