What’s Included in Free Servicing

• Routine inspection and functional checks
• Basic cleaning and adjustment of equipment
• Minor calibration and safety checks.

1. Eligibility: This free servicing programme is applicable only to schools located in Singapore.
2. Validity Period The free servicing is valid for one (1) time only from the date of purchase, as stated on the official invoice.
3. Exclusions Free servicing does not include:

• • Replacement of consumable parts (e.g. filters, belts, blades, abrasives, oils, fuses).
  • Repairs due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper operation, or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage caused by power surges, accidents, or environmental factors.
  • Major repairs, overhaul, or replacement of defective parts.

4. Service Request Procedure: Servicing must be arranged by prior appointment.
5. Non-Transferability: This free servicing entitlement is non-transferable and applicable only to the specific equipment and purchasing institution.
6. Termination of Coverage: The free servicing entitlement will be void if the equipment is serviced or repaired by unauthorized personnel during the coverage period.
7. Right to Amend: The supplier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice, where applicable. Expiry for this promotion to end 31/12/2026
